Yes, I would love to see a fight between Bruce Lee and any of the top MMA guys but I rather focus on the fact that martial arts have truly evolved over the years so there's really no need for who can beat who or what's better than so and so. I know it is not a true high speed but it is fast for this area :) One of the tallest buildings in the area as well.. at 17 floors. the building itself is beautiful inside and out.
