AKTIVITAS RIIL PT.SAGARED didalam PRODUKSI MARMER

Aktivitas rril dilakukan oleh PT. SAGARED sejak tahun 1996 sampai dengan tahun 2003, dimulai dari melakukan survey lokasi, explorasi, pembangunan community development dan akhirnya tahun 2001 mulai melakukan exploitasi gunung marmer di fatumnutu soe NTT. Dimana didalam perusahaan ini para pemegang sahamnya termasuk masyarakat adat disekitar gunung, jadi bagaimana dikatakan ASSET BODONG.....? semua transaksi resmi dilakukan tahun 2000, dan baru pada tahun 2002 mulai membangun pabrik di Kupang, dalam rangka meningkatkan nilai ekonomis batu marmer itu sendiri, yaitu dari bentuk BLOK MARMER menjadi SLAB dan TILE. Tapi akibat dari pemberitaan yang berat sebelah dari LSM di Kupang dan LSM dari Jakarta yang berat sebelah dan tidak melakukan cross check lapangan dengan benar, akhirnya mengatakan kepada media massa dan televisi sebagai Asset BODONG, akhirnya kemudian disita secara adminitrasi oleh pengadilan sampai dengan sekarang dan ditelanlantarkan, akhirnya jadi banyak peralatan-2 mahal yang hilang, rusak dan berkarat........, jadi siapa sich yang merugikan negara ini dan membuat masyarakat di NTT menjadi makan NASI AKING, apakah LSM-2 itu kemudian bisa memberikan solusi yang terbaik.....?????«
